A number of current Partner Families are earning sweat equity, saving downpayments, and attending homebuyers education with hopes of purchasing their own home. The following families are eligible to make lot selections:
A mixed-income, mixed-use community. Habitat for Humanity, The Charlottesville Community Design Center and the residents of Sunrise Trailer Court have joined forces to create a new prototype for transforming substandard housing without displacing residents.
CALM DEVELOPMENT
We are working with the Charlottesville Abundant Life Ministry to develop a mixed-income, mixed-use community serving the Prospect Avenue neighborhood (including Blue Ridge Commons).
